Forest City is a project developed by Country Garden Holdings Company Limited, a Hong Kong-based real estate developer. According to Country Garden’s 2021 financial report, the company achieved contracted sales attributable to shareholders of approximately 558 billion yuan (approx. US$87.7 billion) and a compound growth rate of contracted sales reaching 29%. Additionally, the Group booked revenue of 523.06 billion yuan (approx. US$82.2 billion), gross profit of 92.78 billion yuan (approx. US$14.6 billion), and net profit of 40.98 billion yuan (approx. US$6.4 billion) for the full year.
